Adam and Dr. Drew open the show with Adam telling Drew about the complicated life of automaker John DeLorean. They also discuss welfare and the underlying fundamental misunderstanding at the base of programs like welfare that seek to help, but in many instances do nothing but trap people. They then turn to the phones and speak with a caller who wants their advice on his adult brother who is on the spectrum and living with the caller. The conversation then turns to the ways in which American society is changing and the concern that a lot of what we’re seeing flies in the face of the ideas that helped build our country
