#1450 I Hear What I Hear, And I Know What I Know

July 20, 2021

Adam and Drew open the show discussing the news that Dr. Drew has been kicked off YouTube because he welcomed a guest on his show who said something that went against YouTube’s policies surrounding Covid misinformation. They also discuss the Delta variant of Covid and Adam asks Drew for his analysis of how that story has been covered by the media. Later we turn to the phones and speak to a caller with questions about the Britney Spears situation and a Floridian looking for insight on a trip to California.

#1395 I Always Bet On Incompetence

March 11, 2021

Adam and Dr. Drew open the show by going straight to the phones and speaking with callers on a variety of topics starting with how we will look back on Covid in a historical context. They also speak to a caller who enlightens them (again) on the origins of their theme song as wondered about a few weeks back, while exploring the caller’s love of classical music the conversation turns to Adam’s father and the outrage the caller feels that he demanded such a nice instrument given his skill level. They also speak with a caller who has questions about Hollywood types and the lack of conservative speech coming from that community.

#1276 Baptized in Narcissistic Douche

May 28, 2020

Adam and Dr. Drew open the show discussing the panic porn phenomenon that has been unfolding as of late. They then go on to explore narcissism and how it has manifested itself in various leaders as they react to the Covid-19 pandemic. They then go on to discuss the interesting work of French diplomat Alexis de Tocqueville and his work studying America. Drew then brings up a recent tweet by their mutual friend Mark Geragos who suggests that a new bike lane installed in front of one of his restaurants thus cutting off curbside service may have been retribution for a lawsuit he filed against Mayor Garcetti.
